Classic black spotlight from the brand Elenco. This spotlight can be used as a wall lamp and as a ceiling lamp. When we still used ordinary light bulbs that got warm, a minimum distance from the ceiling or wall had to be kept of 0.8 meters / 31.5 inch. So you could let the light shine towards the wall or ceiling, but with an appropriate distance. Nowadays with the LED lamps that is no longer necessary. No more heat is generated in the lamp. The inside of the shade is silver coloured, this increases the light output. The spotlight must be connected to a wall socket.
