CAN MY PACKAGE BE SENT TO ANOTHER DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes that is possible. Handy if, for example, you want the order delivered to your office. Place your order and simply follow the steps in the ordering process, you can enter a different delivery address there.

The shipping cost for your order depends on the country the product has to be sent to, as well as on the size and weight of the package.
Before you finish your order, you will get an exact quotation of the shipping cost. So you will only make your final decision on ordering our product after you have been informed on the cost for delivering the package to you.

CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?
Yes, that's possible. With the package code (track & trace) you can track your order on the website of the Royal Dutch Post (Post NL). You will find this code in the shipping confirmation, which we send by email between 17:00 and 23:00 Central European Time (CET) on the day that your order is shipped. For smaller products that are sent as letter post, you will not find a package code in the shipping confirmation. These shipments can therefore not be tracked.

Pay attention! Keep the delivery note. This is also the guarantee certificate.
LampLord does its utmost to keep the online offered products constantly up to date. The range is updated daily. In exceptional cases it can unfortunately happen that during the processing of your order it appears that a product that you have ordered cannot be delivered.
Two visitors put the same product in their cart at the same time for instance. Yes, this almost never happens, but well, it is possible. The person who goes to the cash register first and settles the bill will receive the product. It is also possible that the product was sold just before in one of our affiliated stores.
