ORDERING FROM LAMPLORD, HOW DO I DO IT?
Welcome to LampLord.com, the long established online department store for vintage & antique lamps! Ordering at LampLord.com is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is very easy!
1a. Place the item you want to buy in your shopping cart
i. Go to the article of your choice and click on the orange button "in shopping cart".
ii. The item is now in your shopping cart.
iii. Do you want to add even more to your shopping cart? Feel free to continue shopping.
iv. Are you done shopping and do you want to checkout?
- Then click on the 'shopping cart' at the top right of the screen or
- Click on the orange button 'complete order'
1b. Go to checkout
i. You now end up in the 'shopping cart'. If you want, you can add extra services here (for certain articles). You can also delete articles that you do not want to purchase after all.
ii. If you want to continue shopping, click on the 'continue shopping' button.
iii. Are you done shopping? Click on the orange button 'complete order'.
2. Enter your personal details
We need some personal information from you to process your order.
i.Choose from the 3 options:
- I already have an account / registered customers
- create an account
- order as a guest / without an account
ii. Enter your details now. Then we can send your order to you.
iii. Check the data you entered.
iv. After checking that you agree with the terms and conditions, click on 'continue ordering'.
Pay attention! To order from LampLord.com, you must be 16 years or older.
3. Select the shipping method
i. Choose the desired delivery method.
ii. Choose a desired delivery date.
4. Choose payment method
i Choose your preferred method of payment: Credit Card or PayPal.
ii. Make the payment. Take a look at "Paying" for a more detailed explanation.
5. Order completed
i. You will now receive an email from us, with a confirmation of your order.
ORDERING BY PHONE
Ordering from LampLord is also possible by telephone. Call +3120-7893355 and give one of our employees the order numbers of the products you wish to order. You do need an email address for this. Here we send a confirmation of your order.
LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC PRODUCT?
Choose the category (floor lamps, pendant lamps etc).
Choose the subcategory (desk lamp, floor lamp etc).
Refine your choice (colors, styles, material types; tick what you want to include in your search). You can also just leave everything on. Order the results you got (by price, by newest acquisitions first).
Enter your search term at the top of the bar near the magnifying glass.
Then press enter or click on the arrow next to it.
Our search engine will then show one or more results.
If you can't find what you are looking for, please send us an email with your specific wishes. As soon as we receive new acquisitions that come close to your description, we will send you an email. Without charge!
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you place an order on Lamplord.com and you have correctly provided your email address, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation contains your customer number and you will also find an overview of your order. On the day that we send your order, you will receive an email from us between 17:00 and 23:00 Central European Time (CET) with the TNT tracking code. With this code you can track your order on the TNTpost website. For smaller products that are sent as letter post, you will not find a package code in the shipping confirmation. These shipments can therefore not be tracked via the TNT Post website.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Do this as soon as possible !! It is very pleasant for both you and us if we receive a cancellation before the order has been shipped.

Option 2: Call us: +3120-789 33 55 If we don't answer, please leave a message with your order number, your telephone number and your name! We will then contact you within 1 working day.
AFTER A CANCELLATION, HOW FAST WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Paid by Credit Card or PayPal:
You can expect the money in your account again between 2 to 3 weeks after the processing date of your return.
If you have (partially) paid for an order with a LampLord Gift Voucher, you will also receive this amount in the form of a LampLord Gift Voucher.
A PAYMENT REMINDER?
If you receive a payment reminder, we have not yet received payment for (part of) the relevant order. It can take maximum 5 working days before we have processed your payment. Have you paid longer ago? Then do not hesitate to contact us. Make sure to include the order number in your email, or have it ready when you call us. Payment reminders are sent to the last used billing address in your account.
I PAID MY INVOICE, BUT I SEE THE AMOUNT STILL OPEN?
Paid with CreditCard or PayPal: It can take a while before your payment has been processed and is visible in your account. If your order has been shipped, the amount has been debited from your credit card.
Always state the order number with your payment.
