Exchange & Return

I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM TO LAMPLORD. HOW DO I DO THAT?
Please notify us ([email protected]) that you want to return an item.
You will then receive an email with instructions and the return address for shipping the item.
After receipt of your shipment, Lamplord will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. We exchange the item for another one or we refund the purchase amount as soon as possible (within 14 days), depending on your specific wish.

WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT?
You have a trial period of 21 days from the moment of receiving the product. If the article is not to your liking, you can send it back to us within this period.
This can only be returned if the article:
- Undamaged.
- Complete.
- Not adapted to your specific wishes.

Offer items can also be exchanged or returned within the trial period. Items that do not comply with the above remain your property. If you do send them back, LampLord will return these items to you and charge the costs incurred. After the trial period has expired, the purchase agreement is a fact.



WHEN CAN I NOT RETURN AN ITEM?
You cannot exchange or return an item if it:
- Damaged.
- Is incomplete.
- Is adapted to your specific wishes.
Consider, for example, adjusting the height of the lamp.

When the trial period of 21 days has expired, you cannot return the item. If you return an item outside the set conditions, the payment obligation will not lapse. If in doubt, please contact us.



I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR COMPLETE ITEM, WHAT TO DO?
Always check immediately after receipt of the article whether it is:
- Undamaged.
- Complete.
- The item that you ordered.

If not, report this to us soon!

If breakage damage is caused by transport, do the following:
- Take a picture of the damage,
- Take a picture of the packaging,
- Send these photos and your contact details to us at: [email protected]
We will contact you very soon. We will also report this damage to the postal company that transported the product.



THE ARTICLE IS CUSTOMISED TO MY SPECIFIC WISHES, CAN I STILL EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT?
If the height of the lamp is:
Extended; with an extra piece of chain the lamp is made longer.
Yes, in this case you can exchange or return the lamp (undamaged, complete, within the trial period). Shortened; a piece of chain has been removed from the lamp. Yes, in this case you can exchange or return the lamp (undamaged, complete, within the trial period).
Shortened; a part of the rod of the lamp has been removed. No, in this case you cannot exchange or return the lamp.

In case of all other adjustments to an item, you cannot exchange or return it. You will not be refunded the costs that we have charged for adjusting the lamp. We ask your kind understanding for this. 



HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECOVER MY MONEY?
Paid by Credit Card or PayPal:
You can expect the money to return to your account 2-3 weeks after processing your return.

If you have (partially) paid for an order with a LampLord Gift Voucher, you will also receive this amount in the form of a LampLord Gift Voucher.
