The ceiling cap has a slip ring attached.
You screw this onto a piece of tube of adjusting pipe, so that the ceiling cap clamps tightly against the ceiling.
In principle, this ceiling cap is not suitable for clamping on a cord.
The metal screw can damage the cord, causing a short circuit.
If you still want to attach this cap to the cord, use a strain relief
