Strain relief made of transparent plastic.
A strain relief is used, among other things, on top of a light fitting.
This transfers the pressure (from the weight of the lampshade) to the outside (the casing) of the cord.
You can also use a strain relief underneath your ceiling cap to prevent it from sagging.
Slide the strain relief upwards along the cord, until it is underneath your ceiling cap.
Then press the ceiling cap neatly and tightly against your ceiling.
Finally, tighten the plastic screw on the strain relief.
And you are done.
Maximum cord diameter that can pass through: 0.8 cm.
